Weber Grill, Charcoal, and Chimney Starter

Many wonder how I create the smoky flavor of my Grilled Vegetables, Spiced Shrimp, and other meats.

My preference is for outdoor cooking, and only with a charcoal grill. I use a chimney starter, Royal Oak charcoal, and an old-fashioned Weber Grill, as seen in the photo.
